JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: 4 weeks
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: new spark plugs and injectors

That's a tough one when the dealer can't fix their own vehicles, sorry to hear that news.

What needs to be done is attach a scan tool to the computer system and read ALL the modules for possible codes.

Then they need to do some bidirectional testing of every module to see if they communicate.

If all these tests pass, then the computer needs to be re-flashed or replaced. We don't know exactly what they did when it was there, but what I told you is the correct protocol to do.
