Everything comes on but when I turn the key I get nothing
JA: Is the car in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your car has a "wheel lock" feature?
Customer: In park yes it dose
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: Tahoe 2002
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I was looking for the starter solenoid I cannot find it I have reset the Killswitch
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Just recently I replaced the alternator and the battery the battery cables were a little loose I know I have to replace those but I don't think that's the issue I believe it might be the starter or the mission switch out the mission him but I'm not sure and this is been an ongoing problem

Hello. If you have loose battery cables, that would definitely cause this. If you have already tightened them, then I wouldn't suspect that is the issue. Do you get a click at the starter when you turn the key? have you checked for power at the starter?
