I have 2009 chevy express van 6.0 liter died on the road it has 58 psi fuel pressure it has spark and the injectors are firing but it wont start when turning the motor over its sounds week on compreson 75 pounds to 95 pounds the pluds that came out were gas fouled new plugs did not help

pulled plugs and let it sit for 24 hrs to dry out then checked

can you put a cap full or engine oil in a cylinder and do a compression test on that cylinder you put the cap full of engine oil into and will the compression still be 70 to 90 or will it rise up ?
