What is the fault code your actually getting, is it a P0300?

The type of problem you are having as well as the fault code your getting can be cause by an engine vacuum leak or a sticking intake valve in the head or even dirty injectors. In order to determine which is causing this you are going to need to do some testing. I have enclosed the thing to check in the link below.
