Customer: 1995 gmc k2500 suburban 6.5 turbo diesel
JA: How old is the engine? And when was it last serviced?
Customer: 2 month ago original engine
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: if simple maybe
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: scanner at the shop give trany code 41,42,43 they replace the celenois and replace fluid and filter at the trany. same problem

Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here. One common cause for the speedometer/tachometer to not work on your 1995 can be cause by a loss of voltage to the transmission fuse due to a failing ignition switch. In order to determine if that is in fact the cause you are going to need to do some testing. I have posted the steps to do this in the link below.
