that really shouldn't matter on your vehicle. it will just reverse the flow of fluid thru the cooler. it is theoretically best that the lines are hooked up correctly. However it will cool the fluid just the same in reverse order. I wouldn't worry about it as long as they are hooked up and not leaking.
