Nothing on my drivers door works, 2004 Silverado, checked

Customer Question

nothing on my drivers door works
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2004 Silverado
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: checked buss relays, fuse in cab, both 50 amps under hood.
JA: How many miles are on the car? Has the car been starting normally?
Customer: 141,000, every thing works fine except for what the drivers door operates
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: even the dome light wont come on when the door is open, and the radio will not continue to play like it did until you opened the door.

Hello, my name is***** drivers door module is what controls all of components on door so it sounds like module has failed. First verify module has good power/ground and if so it will need to replaced. Module will need to be reprogrammed with dealer scantool. Here is a connector diagram to help with testing. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
