Power seat won't work 2003 avalanche
JA: What is the model of your '03 Chevy?
Customer: Northface 1500 avalanche
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i'm attempting to locate the fuse can't find it
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Do you know what they look like?
Customer: i've got the one under the hood on the driver side where is the other one
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: apparently a strap caught the switch for the power seat and overloaded it

Hello, my name is***** is a 30 amp Circuit breaker for seats on interior fuse box located in the relay block, below the I/P to the left of the Steering Column. Access remove/replace the circuit breaker and that should take care of problem. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.
