JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: new bulbs. fuses all good
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2002 chevy avalalanche
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, checked for power at the relay. batt voltage at relay. checked voltage at plug for headlight bulb maybe a half a volt

Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today.

This may be a fault internally with the BCM (body control module).This can be a common component to fail.If you havent had the fault codes checked this should be done and any codes set will help diagnose this issue.This needs done with a fully compatible scan tool.I suspect the BCM at fault needing replaced.
