wont start, can't jump, even on jumper cables no power.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: No power at all
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2014
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: tried to jump it off.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Can't move gear to netural, no electronics even when on jumper cables

recently it sputtered and used e assist to crank. no power no but said remote no present when the remote was present

I would remove the battery and try to charge it. Then have it tested. I have seen batteries with shorted cells cause all type of problems in modern electrical systems.
