JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: FUEL prassure problem
JA: How many miles are on the car? Have you had the fuel pressure tested recently?
Customer: 200,000
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: when the key on / engine off the fuel pressure reading 0 and when i start the engine it takes time or I have to try 2 or 3 time to start the engine and after starting the engine fuel pressure reading normal 55

so with it just Key ON engine OFF there is NO fuel pressure ?
