JA: Is the car in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your car has a "wheel lock" feature?
Customer: Tried it in park and neutral, what is wheel lock?
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2007 C5500
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Possibly, I'm wondering if the starter solenoid is hung up, it has not been started since December, was running fine when it was parked

Hi there. my name is ***** ***** I'd like to assist you with this issue at hand. First, from the symptoms that you have it sounds like the started but first , if it has not been started since December, we need to check the battery and connections. Do you have access to a volt meter?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I figured it out, it has an aux start button.
Thanks

Oh okay great , good to hear. Just keep in mind if the truck wont be used for an extended period of time, try and start it at least once a month to keep the batteries from discharging. Glad to hear its working!
