Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

Before you go any further with your testing can you connect your scan tool to the system and scan it to see if there are any fault codes setting . If the problem is an electronic control concern there should be a fault code. If you can get this for me and post back with them, we can work from there to determine the cause.
