my trunk won't open on my 2015 corvette convertible by clicking the key fob or from the inside
JA: Has the battery died recently?
Customer: it was just in front body work and they replaced a light in the front. small fender bender :(

If you hear no noise from the release then the issue is going to be electrical, whether it's the body controller, the relay, a blown fuse, wiring, or the release solenoid itself.

The relay sends power to the release solenoid through fuse 23 in the rear fuse box. It's possible this fuse is blown.
