Make sure black/white wire has good ground. If so next step is to check wiring between crank sensor and ignition module, if good replace the crankshaft position sensor. Here is a wiring diagram to help with testing, let me know if you have more questions. Thanks.

Yes it does, here is a picture of it. Every vehicle has a crank sensor.
