Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today. In some cases I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.

Usually this is an indication of a faulty component with the theft system. This can be the immobilizer itself that reads the key or the ecu which is the BCM or cluster.Have you tried the theft relearn at all on this to see if this corrects the issue or do you need this procedure?

Let me know,thanks Pete

Hi Pete Yes I would like the procedure because No I havnt tryed really anything at
Expert:  Pete replied 1 year ago.

Below is the 30 minute relearn procedure.Make sure you follow it exactly and if a step is missed you would have to start over with it.Make sure the battery is fully charged as well.

30-Minute Learn Procedure
1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
2. Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON, vehicle will not start.
3. Observe the SECURITY telltale. After approximately 10 minutes, the telltale will turn OFF.
4. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes. The vehicle is now ready to relearn the password ***** the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK.
6. Start the engine. If this worked the engine should start and run.
