Hello and thank you for your question,

The most common caused for the type of problem you are having with not being able to turn the key is in most cases caused by a failed ignition lock. When you replace it you will also need to perform the pass-lock relearn so the system can read the new keys.

It should as long as you have the key with it.

If the old one will not turn then unfortunately it will need to be drilled out.
