do you have dual tanks? the only electric pump would be a transfer pump in the second tank and it will only run when it needs to transfer fuel to the other tank, your injection pump and supply pump are integrated and mechanical.

ok, either way though that fuse will not have power until the enable conditions are met and the truck needs to transfer fuel to the other tank, so normally it would not have power.

found injector pump come apart inside and also messed up all the injectors

clean your whole fuel system out lines tank and everything because the debris can get returned and can be anywhere in the fuel system now, sorry to hear that it is an expensive repair.
