What causes a Chevy silverado classic 4.8 engine to go into

Customer Question

What causes a Chevy silverado classic 4.8 engine to go into a reduced engine power?
The codes say not communicating with throttle. I've replaced the fuel mapping sensor, the mass air flow sensor, the throttle body with the actuator, the computer, and the throttle position sensor. I'm about broke. HELP!!!

I completely flashed the computer and all wiring has been traced and inspected. the engine will start and idle but as soon as you step on the throttle, in goes back into "reduced engine power"

What is the actual code you are getting? Did you replace the PCM or the TAC module?
