2006 chevy express cargo van 1500 just replaced engine will not start turns over great i changed the cam and crank sensor,i am getting good fire to the distributor but no fire to the pluggs

"Good fire to the distributor".... does that mean you have spark coming out of the coil when you're cranking it?

If you have spark going into the distributor, but not out to the plugs, then you've got a cracked cap or rotor that needs to be addressed. Make sure you are using AC Delco ignition parts, these are infamous for cracks/no starts at the cap and rotor.
