I cut off the tip of a bottle of Lucas power steering fluid an seal and the tip fell in my reasivour will that piece of plastic give me problems?

Hello I will help you with your question, It is not an emergency but you should get it out. I am assuming you were adding fluid due to a leak? Is the system working properly now?

When the engine is cool you can shine a good flashlight into the reservoir and look for the piece. Being plastic it should float to the top. Scoop or use pliers/hemostat to fish it out. Please let me know what questions you have about this Thank you
