Chevy Impala right front wheel is locked. Just replaced he

Customer Question

Chevy Impala right front wheel is locked. Just replaced he caliper so I don't know if it's the axle.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: I was driving last night and the front wheel locked. So it locked the tire and burnt the wheel. Thought it was the caliper so I replaced it but the wheel is still locked.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — Chevy Mechanics generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.

The wheel locks, however, if I wait an hour and turn the car back on it will move for a little bit, then it locks up again. we are going to take the axle off and cut through the cv boot and see if it's damaged.
