Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

A throttle sensitive vibration is due to a drivetrain issue. In this case you almost certainly have a binding U joint in the rear driveshaft. When grease from a cap is lost then the needle bearings will start to bind which will cause a vibration to start. As time goes on then the joint will start to loose at the affected cap. It sounds like yours isn't severe yet so odds are the joint may not appear to be loose yet.

What will need to be done is remove the rear driveshaft and move both joint in all directions to check for binding. If there is any binding then that U joint will need to be replaced.
