Question.....Power door locks on a 96 suburban work

Customer Question

Question.....Power door locks on a 96 suburban work intermittently. Only unlocks drivers door consistently. When truck is running, they work OK...but once i shut the truck off, they go back to not working. They WILL lock , but won't unlock unless the truck is running. It seems to be voltage issue....

I put anew battery in yesterday but it needs a little charge. No telling how long it's been sitting on the shelf.

They are very stiff... In fact the door locks are very hard to open with the key. Thanks.... So I don't need to replace anything, just lube them?
