2004 Chevy suburban 5.3 4x4. The PCM 1 fuse keeps blowing the truck will turn over but every time I change the 15a fuse and turn the ignition on it blows again and my cluster won't read again

I attached what the fuse controls. each of the components need to be checked. you can disconnect them all. insert the fuse and be sure the fuse holds. then hook up one at a time until the fuse blows. then you have found the failure. it is either the part itself or wiring to the component
