can you be sure both battery cables are clean and tight

if they are can you remove the battery and have it tested for cold cranking amps and for bad cells at your local auto parts store

they will test it for free

the odds are the voltage or amps are too low in this battery

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Its not that ive tried different battery i was told it could be somethin with the security system
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

the security system will not stop the engine from physically cranking over

can you be sure the big fuses are not blown and both battery cables are clean and tight

Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.

if it has a confirmed good battery in this truck try disconnecting both battery cables for 5 minutes then touch the 2 cables together for 1 minute then reconnect both back to the battery will it still do this ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
