Ok, I have pulled diagrams, the ONLY fuse related to the mirror functions and what is not working is the SIR fuse which is in the under hood fuse box, I doubt you have a fuse problem otherwise airbag lights would be on the dash, so,, what we have seen from time to time is a failed logic module which is part of the mirror, To confirm, one would have to unplug the mirror, test the YELLOW wire at the plug, If power? then mirror is bad, NO power? then fuse or wiring problem, I lean to the mirror assembly UNLESS the fuse is in fact blown for the airbags, Again it is the SIR fuse a 15 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box
