Customer Question

I recently replaced the top part of my damaged dashboard, had to disconnect the gear handle on the steering column to be able to remove the erratic temp gauge. After some blood, sweat & tears putting everything back together again, the indicator on the temp gauge that shows you what gear you're in would NOT work. What did I do wrong??
