Customer: Hello, My name is ***** *****, I have a 2007 3500 Chevy Duramax with 218,000 miles. when the temperature drops below 30 degrees my glowplug light is staying on for well over a minute.....when I go to start the truck it drains all power and the battery dies. it will start write up with a jump and if the truck is plugged in I don't have this problem.
