The AC is being turned off due to extream heat in the engine compartment?
I did not have the AC on?
What should I do?
This sound very Dangerous is it?

Hi Candi,

We have that problem here too with our Cruze.

Most likely the electronic thermostat for the cooling system.

I would get the vehicle inspected by your local GM dealer as soon as possible.

Not dangerous, but watch the temp gauge.
