It is possible you blew a fuse in your underhood fuse box. Likely a maxi fuse I have also attached a theft relearn procedure just to rule out a security relearn problem.
The BIG Fuses
OK. My mistake I saw the year wrong. Look at the ECMB fuse in the underhood fusebox.
There must be an ECM B fuse. It is a 20 amp fuse.
Did you try to do the theft learn?
Sorry I thought I attached it. See attached. This should fix the security light flashing and may get to start so we can proceed.

There are 3 fuses to check.
There is a TBC 10amp fuse in the under hood fuse boxs.
There are 2 fuses cruise and IGN 1. They are in the inside fuse panel both are 10amp
