I have a 2015 suburban and am unsure how to remove the tch

Customer: Hi John, I have a 2015 suburban and am unsure how to remove the hitch cover without damaging it, can you help?

Customer: the hitches covered with a plastic cover that matches the bumper, i need to remove it to use the hitch of hauling,

Look under bottom edge of the hitch cover. There you should find a set of plastic thumbscrews. Turn each 1/4 turn and pull down on bottom edge of cover to disengage it from the bumper.
