I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox AWD. Drivers side Power window

Customer Question

I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox AWD.
Drivers side Power window goes down fine & then I have to toggle switch several times to get it back up. I have already replaced Window Switch & Power Window Motor.
All wires seem to be fine at harness.
Thank You

Bob, how are you today? I am Cam. When you toggle it severe times, does it move a bit each time or does it simply take that much to get it working?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi Cam
The window moves a bit each time I toggle (3-5 times) & then goes up freely

Ok, let me pull up a schematic. In the mean tim,e if you help it up by pulling does it go more?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Pulling it up does not help.

That is strange. The switch and motor are the 2 main components. Does the rear do the same?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No other problems with any other windows.
Is there a power window relay?
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

No there is not, it just gets power through the same feed as the rear window. The circuit breaker is in the motor itself. That’s whats odd. IF there is anything binding in the window regulator it would do this.

Does this mean you cant help me with this issue??

All I can suggest is you verify the wiring through the door, checking the wiring as it bends. After that, take the panel off, check the condition of th regulator and lube the moving parts.
