Hi there, I am Cam.

The spec is as follows.
With the used bolt (you need to replace the bolt as it is torque to yield), tighten to 240 ft lbs.
Then remove the old bolt. Install the new bolt, tighten to 37 ft lbs, then tighten the second pass of 140º of rotation or just a little more than 2 flats of the hex bolt.

Why won't the bolt come off
Expert:  GM Tech (Cam) replied 1 year ago.

It is tight!! You need a really strong impact to remove it that way. It is normal thread, right hand thread.
