My '89 Silverado loses after it warms. The engine was rebuilt 45,000 miles, transmission 7 mos. new. MAP is new, fuel sensor new, Radiator new. What can I look for?

Disconnect the exhaust at the exhaust manifold and test drive with warmed up engine. If power it restored, replace the catalytic converter as it is restricted.

Is it running rich or lean?

Truck has new radiator, transmission, muffler, catalytic converter, electric fan, MAP, EGR, fuel sensor, injectors for throttle body, fuel filter, fuel pump has been checked (it's good.), New battery, Differential checked (good shape), and engine has 45000 mph on rebuilt.
