Customer Question

I have a 2009 chevy 3/4 ton suburban.. The vehicle has never had trouble until now. Recently it would not crank over at all so I started with the basics. Battery is good, connections are good. Fuses are all good. Relays are good. When you turn the key the car lights up like normal, Radio, console etc. When you turn the key to start there is nothing happening. I can hear the relay in the fuse box trying to work but nothing.
I have replaced the starter, but didnt work. I have power to the starter.
I replace the Ignition switch but still nothing. Any Ideas

Hello. Have you tried to start it in neutral?

Also tried to rock the vehicle etc

Ok. try swapping the circled relay with another similar one in the relay center. Let me know if it does any good.

relay labeled starter in the panel baox? I have tried to swap with similar one. Still nothing

alright. thanks for trying that. There is a TSB for a no crank issue on your truck. Can you possibly scan for codes and see if any exist in the computers memory?

I will try. Will take some time

No problem. Take your time. This bulletin applies to no start conditions with any of a particular 3 trouble codes, so when you can check for codes, we will determine if this bulletin applies to your vehicle.
