Heated seat stopped working on my 2010 Chevy Equinox. Press the heated seat button and it lights up for 10 seconds and no heat at all. If it is s module fo I have to have it programmed at the dealership?

I Am not thinking it’s a module, rather I am thinking it’s a failed seat heater element. IF this is the case, no it does not need to be programmed to correct it. IT does require diagnosing before I can suggest parts. To diagnose the issue, do you have a meter that we can use for some testing?
