Hello, I am Randall ..100% you do NOT have to do anything caliper wise for front end alignment, They are not related in any way. The only thing performed/checked prior to alignment is the tie rod ends, ball joints etc, NOt the calipers. Unsure why the question but if told this? this is false. Sure,, one would need to be sure a caliper is not hanging up causing a pull/drift to one side but .. well it is not alignment related at all.
