I went to update my Nav system, disk one went fine, Asked for disk 2 inserted but had to restart, when started back it will not accept either one

Try unhooking both battery cables and touching them together. This will reset the system.

I will try that. Right now the radio works but the nav screen is asking for the next disk, which it will not accept.

I ordered it from the nav website. I received a activation code which it accepted. It installed the first disk fine and I inserted the second at that time I had to start my truck. The instructions said it would continue where it left off.That is when it got stuck in this loop. I need to reset the nav system and start again. Any ideas on how to do that?
