Customer Question

My Chevy 2006 Monte Carlo driver side only blows cold air. The passenger side blows somewhat warm air, but it doesn't get very hot. Do you know what could be the problem/problems?

I am sorry your having this problem

is the coolant full in the engine and coolant tank ?

if the coolant is full and with the engine hot at idle if you feel both heater hoses are both very hot to the touch ?

if so if you get a flashlight and get under the drivers side of the dash with the car on after removing the driver side plastic under dash panel looking at the side of the heater box at the actuator as seen in this picture when you turn the drivers side hot to cold do you see that actuator turn one way and then the other watching the center of it ?
