Customer Question

I have a 2001 chevy cavalier. It just up and went into a no start condition. It turns over but sounds labored when turning over. I verified it has spark from the plugs yet will not fire when i use starter fluid. It acts like it it is way out of time. need a suggested approach to troubleshoot my issue.
