Need engine wiring diagram wire oxcygen sensor. No 12V

Need engine wiring diagram for 2 wire oxcygen sensor. No 12V present for heater element. and all fuses are good. Also have a P0131 code for Ho2S1 sensor.

The low reference wire (brown) should there be a 5V reference out?
