Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

The first thing you are going to want to do is to have the computer system scanned to see if there are any fault codes setting that would indicate an electronics concern. If after doing so and there turns out to be no codes then that usually means the problem is internal. If you can get this system scanned and post back with the results I can advise from there.
