Hello, my name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

The gauged flickering when the turn signal are turned on can be caused by a bad ground , I would start with checking the instrument cluster ground 200 which is located on the left side of the instrument panel below the fuse panel. Check to see if its clean and tight. Check this and post back with the results and we can work from there.
