The intermittent start on my 2005 Impala happens every two

Customer Question

The intermittent start on my 2005 Impala happens every two or three
days. Took it to Kenny Kent Chevrolet dealership for diagnostic, they
put in new battery, starter, ignition. Car started ten times while in
the shop......I stopped at grocery on way started after
waiting exactly 10 minutes as it has done before. Shouldn't this be
on a recall list:? Dealer said that couldn't find the problem......after
I have spent over $500. Can you PLEASE help?
I am 79 years old and need my car to get to doctor and other appointments. Sincerely, ***** ***** Wilhite

Hello, my name is Bobby. Thank you for the question. Can you tell me if when the car does not start will the engine turn over and it will not start or does it just not do anything at all?

Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Does nothing at all.........leave the key on and then it starts immediately after 10 minutes.

Remember sir, this is after mechanics in this huge dealership cannot figure it out. How do I get to the head supervisor at GM
customer service or sales supervisor? This is getting to be very critical. Thank you....I turned 79 today and have been
patient for a long, *****, *****e. Rev.Sylvan Keith Wilhite (###) ###-####

I am sorry that I want able to get back to you yesterday. This sounds like a typical ignition switch it body control module. If it doesn't happen all of the time it will be hard to diagnose. Do you want GM's national customer service number?
