2004 Silverado Z71 crew cab, service 4w drive light on, new switch, neutral light instant on then no lights, new actuator, cleaned ground wires, changed fuse, question module don't find?

I am sorry that you have not been helped yet. I just came online and saw your question.
Have you had the control module scanned for stored fault codes yet? If so, what are they?
If not, this needs to be done, which saves time on guessing the issue and replacing parts needlessly.
There is a service bulletin out for fault code C0374 setting due to water intrusion into wiring harness at the transfer case speed sensors, but we need the fault code to see if this is applicable
