First let me say that the mileage is not a huge concern on this truck. When you start saying parts have been replaced I know you have the impression that it can be trouble free fro a while. let me play devils advocate for a moment.
1. Who replaced the parts?
2. Were name brand parts replaced? since it has bigger tires were upgrades done? Brakes? Ball Joints?
3. How long has lift been installed? Who installed it? IS it a chassis lift or a body lift? Are parts available if it fails? Is steering wheel crooked when you drive it? vibrations?
I strongly recommend taking it to a local mechanic and pay for an inspection. a free inspection is only worth what it costs.
The over sized tires and lift typically cause premature failures on brakes and suspension parts. If you are not wanting to do the work yourself then they can get expensive.
