Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved. Does security indicator on dash stay on, flash, or turn off when trying to start?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

This points toward a failed starter. First verify battery maintains at least 11v while trying to start if so monitor voltage on both wires going to starter during the problem. If both wires maintain at least 11v while trying to start this proves wiring is good leaving starter as problem. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions, thanks.

hard to get to
Expert:  Dan replied 2 years ago.
If your getting 11.4 on large and small wires at starter while trying to start then replace starter. It is a pain to access but only way to properly test. Let me know how it goes or if you have more questions. Thanks.
