Do you have a voltmeter or 12 volt testlight to check the circuit if I guide you?

Good, check the brake light switch connector to be sure you have 12 volts there.
If you do connect the orange to the white wire in the connector with a paperclip. Don't let the paperclip touch metal.
See if the lights are on, if they are not does the third light work?
If no lights try cycling the hazard switch a few times and see if the lights come on.
