Truck died knew the injector pump was going bad, replaced injector pump cranks but will not start

good afternoon my name is ***** ***** I will assist air in the lines needs to be pruged in order to start. the system needs to be bled. you can do this by cracking a line at the injector while cranking until fuel comes out of the line. you may have to do this to several to get it running. once it does start it may run rough until all the air is out of the system.this is assuming that the injector pump is the actual failure Roy

yes, it will. try bleeding the filter at the housing. there is a bleeder at the top. Roy

New fuel filter and bled,pumps up hard,get a little soft we'll cranking

We pump filter side till it get hard pressure crank engine, gets spongy
